1) We have used Time Out since it opened. We find the care
very flexible for example I was late for work one morning and
contacted Time Out to take my eldest child to school )Normally I
only booked them to collect from school) and with just 5 mins
notice they kindly obliged. Both my children love being at Time
Out. It is a very safe environment for my children to be in and
all the staff are very approachable cannot fault any part of
Time Out. The staff are great and even help with the homework as
I don't normally get to pick then up until 5.45pm it's a very
big help. They also teach them to tidy up after themselves and
mix with the other children.
2) I Have used Time Out for 6 years now. On
the rare occasion I have turned up after 6pm it was not a
problem, They are extremely flexible. When I have turned up
early my child has even moaned. He loves the trips and
activities they organise. The setting is perfect with plenty of
room indoors and outdoors, I work 9 - 5 so it's a great help
knowing I can trust and rely on them to take my son to school
and to look after him. I'm also happy knowing my son loves going
to Time Out.
3) Callum has been going to Time Out for 3 years,
He really enjoys going and has a great time. I find the staff great
with absolutely no problems at all. Callum has made great friends
and enjoys the numerous activities on offer, My only negative
comment is that with Callum only attends on a part time basis all
the trips were fully booked before I could book. I strongly
recommend Time Out to anyone.
4) We have used Time Out for 3 years now. There is no problem if
I want to pick up or take my children to school on certain days
only. I need them at holiday times and they are still very
accommodating. The setting is great and is an easily accessible
location . I have always found the staff very approachable and
you can talk to them about anything.
5) I have used Time Out for 5 years now and found
their flexibility excellent. School taken a training day when others
haven't. Time Out have always accommodated my needs for childcare.
When I pick them up my children are always talking about what
happened while they were there, They love it. I look to my childcare
fulfilling my child's needs. He is very active and gets bored very
easily. Stimulation is the key to stopping the onset of boredom and
in turn keeps the child from being naughty. Time Out seems to have
all the qualities needed to keep the children occupied.
* J has come on well with lots of things since
starting at Roundabout Nursery. His speech is one of the biggest
improvements. J has enjoyed his time at Roundabout he looks forward
to it every morning. I think he has enjoyed interacting with the
other children most. He likes to learn me any new songs he has
learnt at the nursery. Having J attend Roundabout day nursery was
one of the best decisions I have made for J. I would like to thank
all of the staff for helping J to develop socially physically and
mentally.

*The girls have been great and problems have been handled with care
and consideration to K's background and bad start in life. She has
always enjoyed her time at nursery and am sure will miss everyone.

*During M's time at roundabout I feel that she has had a great start
for school. She has talked a lot about her days at nursery as well
as the staff and children. she has become very fond of everybody,
which makes it easier leaving her there each day

*All staff are friendly and make sure that you know how your child
has been during their day. The children go out on trips to the
library, park and theatre. We would have no hesitation in
recommending the nursery to other people looking for childcare.

*To know my child is in a safe environment has helped me a lot. C
has always been happy to go to nursery which made me happy. He has
developed and matured a lot in his three years at nursery which will
help him a lot at school. All the staff are great, always smiling

much in a fun but informative way, It made going back to work much
easier knowing that he was being cared for by people who would tend
to all his needs in such a way that he was not only safe, and
secure, but who really understood pre-school children and their
